BRUSSELS – 24 October 2013 – COCIR China welcomes Varian Medical Systems Pacific as its latest member in China. Varian is a global manufacturer of medical devices and software for treating cancer and other medical conditions, with radiotherapy, radiosurgery, proton therapy, and brachytherapy.
Varian creates software for managing cancer clinics, radiotherapy centers and medical oncology practices. Varian also supplies tubes, digital detectors, and imaging processing software, workstations for X-ray imaging in medical, scientific, and industrial applications as well as high energy X-ray devices for cargo screening and non destructive testing.
