This paper outlines the COCIR members’ common understanding of the functioning of the supply chain under the MDR and IVDR. The main content of the paper is structured in the form of Questions and Answers focusing on the most pressing issues economic operators (here focussing on manufacturers, importers and distributors) are facing. A dedicated document outlining specific challenges for digital business models has been developed as well.
